Rates:
Rates are based upon double occupancy. They vary by season and day of week. Extra person (children 12 or older) charge is $30 per person, per night. Rates do not include State & Local taxes, which are subject to change.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Two-night minimum stay requirement for Weekends (Friday & Saturday nights) and Holidays. If you can only stay one night on a Friday or Saturday, feel free to request options as sometimes exceptions can be made, for example if a guest has already reserved Saturday & Sunday, leaving Friday open it can be reserved for one night. Also, if rooms are still available five days in advance they can be reserved for one night.
Deposits:
The cost of 1 night, including taxes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for deposits.
Cancellations:
Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded their deposit less a $35 administration fee. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit their deposit. No shows or cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged the full reservation.
Additional Policies:
No Smoking Facility - Smoking is permitted on outdoor balconies, porches and parking area but not around outdoor dining area.
No Children (12 and older are welcome) - We are not equipped to accommodate children under the age of 12.
No Pets - Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet locally.
