Policies


No Smoking Facility – Smoking is permitted on outdoor balconies, porches, and parking areas but not around the outdoor dining area.
       If evidence of smoking occurs in a room, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the account on file.

No Children (12 and older are welcome) – We are not equipped to accommodate children under the age of 12.
No Pets – Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet locally.


Check-In Time:
2 PM to 6 PM (or by prior arrangement)
Your arrival time is very important to us as we like to greet all of our guests upon check-in. Please treat your arrival time like a dinner reservation. If your arrival time is going to change then please communicate by phone or email.

Check Out Time:
11 AM (or by prior arrangement)
 
Rates and Minimum Stay Requirements:
Rates are based upon double occupancy. They vary by season and day of the week.
Extra-person (Children 12 or older) charge is $35 per person, per night.
Two-night minimum stay is required, with the exception of "Orphan" room availability. An "Orphan" room is a single night availability between two current reservations. Also, if rooms are still available five days in advance they can be reserved for one night.

Rates do not include State & Local taxes, which are subject to change.
 
Deposits:
The cost of 1 night, including taxes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for deposits.
     
Cancellations:
Reservations canceled 14 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded their deposit less a $35 administration fee.

Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit their deposit, regardless of the reason.
No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged the full reservation, regardless of the reason.
